Francis Xavier Suarez was born in Miami, Florida, to Cuban immigrants. His parents instilled in him the principles of hard work, integrity, and public service from an early age.
Francis' commitment to personal growth led him to Florida International University, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance. He later received his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, demonstrating his dedication to education.
Francis married Gloria Fonts Suarez.
Francis began his political career as a Miami City Commissioner for District 4. During his eight-year tenure, he tirelessly represented his constituents and upheld conservative principles, earning him respect and admiration.

Under Suarez’s conservative leadership, Miami has continued to prosper and lead the country in economic growth. Miami’s unemployment rate was reduced to 1.3%, the lowest on record, and homicides were reduced to the lowest since the 1950’s.
