Ontario PNP
The Provincial Nominee Program is a program offered by Canada in conjunction with provincial governments. Each province offers different eligibility requirements and streams. Ontario has its own PNP Program, called the OINP.
The Ontario PNP offers international students, foreign workers, and business owners a variety of opportunities to apply for permanent residence in Ontario. Businesses in Ontario may also hire international workers via the Ontario PNP.

What is PNP Ontario?
The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program has nine different streams for which people can apply. The PNP Ontario nominates people for permanent residence based on their qualifications and needs within the Ontario economy. Only the Ontario PNP is able to provide nominations.
Every year, the program is updated and modified. Applicants should therefore also read any new changes made to the program. The OINP program is a partnership between the IRCC and OINP.
The immigration agency of the federal government makes the final decision after nomination. If the application is approved and verified, nominated individuals can obtain permanent residence in Ontario.

How do I apply for Ontario PNP?
Two systems are used to manage applications for the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program – Express Entry and Expression of Interest. These intake systems let the program understand that someone wants to be invited. Once invited, applicants can submit applications.
You can choose between two options to apply for the Ontario Provincial Nominee Program.
Pathway 1
